DO you count corn as a veggie when meal planning?

Like are you okay serving meatloaf and corn as the veggie? I can't do that! lol. I just see corn as a starch. I know it's technically a veggie but I dunno. I guess I'm weird.

  • Not to be gross, but it comes out your back end WHOLE.....lol I don't count it because you don't really digest it...haha How can you benifit from it if it doesn't break down? Just a thought! lol
