  • For a week test when they wake up, before and after meals, and b4 bed. Also note what he's eating. For example: If I have those coffee creamers with my coffee with those creamers my sugars spike. However, if I just use a teaspoon of sugar and some milk, there is no change. My levels are between 90 and 125. Normal for me. If I am 60 or below, I get sick and start sleeping a lot. You'll know if he's animic if he's falling asleep at the drop of a hat and very tired, unable to focus. If he gets lower than 70, better set up an appt for the Dr. If he gets over 150 better get him into his Dr. But if you do what I suggested, you'll have documentation to show the Dr whats going on at the time. Oh, one more thing. Are they drinking enough water? Being dehidrate does funny things to our blood sugars. Or are they dieting a lot? If you have low carb diet, it can bring on Diabetes because of the toxins in stored in our fat cells.

  • Anemia is not related to blood sugar. Diabetes and Hypoglycemia are.
