leftover rotisserie chicken is great when pulled off bone and mixed with 8oz cooked macaroni, 1 jar alfredo sauce, 1c colby jack cheese. Top with cheese and bake 350 for 30 min

  • For anything specific? The only recipe I can think of at the moment is for a dip that I read in a cookbook and anytime we go to a party or its football game or a potluck type of deal I am begged to make it: Buffalo Hot Wing Dip
3 cups of cubed, grilled chicken (I just guess as to how much is right, and pan cook it)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (I usually use colby jack, I think...it's the walmart brand of the mix of white and yellow cheese)
    8oz of Ranch dressing
    12oz hot wing sauce (I use Moore's)
16oz of room temp cream cheese

Mix all together and Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. It will come out somewhat greasy, especially depending on what kind of hot wing sauce you use. I used to use Hooters but there would be a layer of grease on top, Moore's is a LOT less!

  • Chicken Breast and gravey
4-5 really good looking chicken breast
3-4 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of milk
    seasoning

preheat oven to 300 or set crockpot at low
place chicken in crockpot or a dutch oven

stir the cream of mushroom soup with the milk real good then pour over the chicken.
    Season as you like.
Put in oven 2 hours before you want to serve.
Make your potatoes to put gravey on.
    If you use a crockpot, it takes 3 hours there on low. {Chicken needs to be thawed out for the crockpot.}

  • Cook pork chops in a large pan .Cook eggnoddle. in a bowl mix cream of mushroom with one cup of milk. Add eggnoddles to mushroom mixture. mix well then pour over pork chops. Cook until all is warm enough to eat. Some folks like to add sour cream. Take a piece of the noodle mixture out and taste it with sour cream. Other wise, serve with flaky biscits.
