Does it matter what time of day (or night) you take your vitamin?

Does it make a difference how you absorb it or anything?

  • Most definitely not, I used to take mine mornings but they got me sick. So now I take them nightly. Its best to try& take them same time everyday though but I never do LOL I just take it before I go to sleep whenever that is.

  • i like to take them at bed time because after i take them ,later in the day i need a nap and when i take them at night i stay awake all day till bed time

  • Cool thanks. I've been taking mine at night for a loong time. But I just started thinking if theres a right or wrong.
