  • I would callyour ob even now this time of night. you might need to go to the ER to get IV fluids and care

  • try to rest! drink lots of fluids slowly. if you get dehydrated, it will cause you to cramp up worse. don't drink anything cold, it might be too hard on your stomach. keep a big glass of room temp water with you all the time. try gentle warm broth if you can't keep down solids. if the pain gets any worse, or turns into full-blown contractions, especially at regular intervals, call your doc right away and go to the hospital. feel better mama!!

  • I agree with blacksheepsati! You proably definitely need fluids and drinking is not going to get them to you effectively enough. If you can't reach you ob just go to the hospital. You don't want to regret not doing so sooner. Just getting care and answeres will eliminate a lot of stress you are no doubt putting on yourself. Better overreacting than underreacting!

  • I agree with blacksheepsati. If you don't feel like going to the er then call you ob first thing in the morning.

  • try some peidalyte or gatorade so you don't get dehydrated... try to keep down as much fluid as you can... otherwise you'll need to go to the hospital
