yes i am.. The only times DD & i ever got the flu, was after a flu shot. Maybe we did not get it FROM the shot, but IDK if it might have lowered our immunity. They always say it's impossible to get the flu from the shot. BUT, i have not been getting it the last few years & we have not had the flu in our house since then. I really think it's a money scam for pharmaceutical companies. They have to CHOOSE a flu strain that they THINK will be the most widely spread. So, it's not like it will completely guarantee a flu-less winter. There is just a small chance that you'll run into that strain anyway. I think it's just a big money scam. So many people i know get the flu shot but still end up sick at some point during the winter. I think it's best to just boost your own immunity. Eat well exercise & take vitamins.
