  • I think it does, but I've read that long-term people gain the weight back. In their program, you're eating their pre-packaged meals, after they are off, they revert back to their old eating habits after time.

  • It probably does, I'm a Weight Watchers girl. I think that those diets that give you the food don't really teach you how to eat properly and it's easy to go back to old habits. IMHO, diets shouldn't exist, it should be a lifestyle change, not something you go on and off. I've been following WW for over a year now, lost over 32 pounds and I'm keeping them off.
