Is this wierd?

My DS will start off in a great mood, start off in a positive frame of mind, then have a horrible day at school. Happens all the time.

Same with the opposite. Anytime he starts off feeling lousy I expect a phone call any minute then turns out he has a great day. HUH?! lol

Does that happen to anyone else?

  • i think it's pretty normal...
honestly when you go to school in a bad mood, people are always trying to make you smile... when you go in with a smile, you don't get that attention, which could make you crabby...

  • Yep, they usually start off very cranky, not morning people, not looking forward to the day. Then....get an A on a test, or a compliment on what they are wearing and the day is Peachy! Then, by the time the get home, fall of the bus, have to do homework, go to sport. Not happy again!

  • No, my son is generally in a really good mood all day. He does get into trouble sometimes because he is such a happy and outgoing kid and talks too much.
