haveing trouble staying hydrated this pregnancyy

and thhe only thinng that has changed is the place i live i now live in the desert is that normal to have trouble?

  • YES. YOUR BODY NEEDS TO ADAPT TO THE NEW ENVIRONMENT. DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND AVOID SALT AND CAFFEIN WHICH DEHYDRATES YOU.

  • Yup, it's normal since your body is made up of so much water and now your in a new enviroment, I agree, just drink lots of fluid and aviod salt and soda.

  • i was born and raised in the desert..never had that problem, but the other 2 are right. you're going through an enviromental change. just force yourself to drink water any time you want to drink anything else..it's hard but we do it..i thought i was getting enough water becuase they say if your pee is clear youre getting enough...apparently that's not the case w me...i also just moved and im also being told to drink tons and tons of water.
