  • My DD gets her teeth brushed every night before bed so that nothing sits in her mouth overnight. I should probably do it morning and night but I have always just done it at night. Since we started. We started using one of those finger brushes and have no graduated to a 2 year olds brush. DD is 2.5 by the way. DD had a bad gagging reflex that made it difficult.

  • Twice - once in the morning and once at night.

  • Twice is good with a toothpaste without fluoride. Fluoride is poisonous and a small child can die from eating toothpaste. I saw on CSI or some TV show an adult committ suicide by eating 2 tubes of toothpaste.
