how many glasses of water do you REALLY drink in a day?

  • I get my 32 oz in and then get the rest in juice, milk, food, cool aid.

  • i don't drink plain water, but i ususally drink 8 8oz servings of sparkling/flavor water at least every day.

  • I drink on average nearly a gallon of water a day. Sometimes more.

    My predominate beverage is water. I drink water with all meals, I walk around with a 32 oz water bottle all day long (lol), I drink water during workouts (which is nearly an entire 32 oz right there alone)...

    I drink juice, occasionally. Not often though.
    I do not drink sodas, kool aid..etc.. at all.
    I drink coffee and tea.
    Milk rarely.
    Water is pretty much my main beverage everyday.

  • About 4 of plain water; the rest ends up being coffee, tea, and Diet Coke. If I'm being honest. haha

  • Maybe 4-5 glasses of plain water a day..
    I dont drink soda (stopped about 6mo ago).. and if im not drinking water im drinking tea, OJ, or milk..

  • If I am at work I drink 2 cups of straight water, if I am home NONE.

    BUT, coffee, tea, lemonade all count towards your water consumption since they are water based.

  • My goal is at least 80 ounces each day, but I was drinking significantly less than that before I started keeping track for a diet. So far today I'm at 72 ounces.
