why is it harder to move across the street then is is to move 10 miles down the road

  • Because you usually do it piece meal....a little at a time rather than one big trip.

  • I did it just last week. We only moved about 5 houses down on the same street. It was so much harder for us because we thought short distance made it easier so we didn't pack well and we didn't throw out as much stuff as we should have. Next time, we'll know better.
