  • I like to make minestrone, taco soup, albondigas, roasted red pepper tomato soup, vegetable soup and chicken soup too.

One thing I've found is that potatoes don't freeze very well, they disintegrate in the freezer, so I usually make dishes without potatoes for the freezer, or I leave the potatoes out, and add them fresh at the end.

    Have fun!

  • I make 4 gallons of soup at a time so i can fill my freezer - vegetable beef, potato, and chicken, I do make small batches of other kinds on occasion but I usually stick with the 3 in large batches.
