dad refuse to bring daughter back.

my friend dropped her daughter off at her ex-boyfriends job. (i know it was wrong) she was trying to teach him a lesson because he refuse to do anything or spend anytime with his daughter. (again I know she was in the wrong) Now it has been 4 days and she havent saw her daughter. He has contacted cps and police and told them she was suicidal and was threatening to kill herself and the baby. She was told she have to be evaluated in a mental hospital. She also told me that she will have to get a lawyer. The police told her that she can go to jail for dropping her child off at the dads job. The whole time he is calling her telling her shes not getting her back and now she is going to pay child support instead of him. His girlfriend has been calling her too saying "yea i got my step daughter and she staying with us for good.. she is really depressed because she dont know what to do and frankly i dont know what to tell her.

  • She put herself in this place and deserves what she's going through. She's the one that was childish and made a stupid move. Now it's time to accept it.

  • There isn't anything you can say or do, she got what was coming to her for behaving inappropriately. I feel bad for the kid.

  • Her fault. He is most likely going to have custody of the child now. No mother in her right mind would do that, can you imagine what the child must be thinking. The father is right, she will be paying child support now.

  • Let's hope she learned a lesson by this error in judgment

  • She made her bed and now she must take her medicine. She should not have done that. Yes, she has some issues and should be evaluated. And she most likely will not get her daughter back anytime soon, if at all. What she did was abandon her child. She could also go to jail for that.
