Natural remedies for Upset Stomach?

I've heard of flat coke and 7 up what works for you?

  • Ginger. Capsules, tea, gingerale, whatever. If it has ginger, it will help settle the stomach.

  • Both of the above answers are great! Peppermint or spearmint tea. Ginger tea. If you go the Ginger Ale route drink it room-temp or (sounds gross) warm it for a few seconds in the microwave. That's why I suggest tea. Lavender is a stomach-soother, as well, but many ladies think "ew! flowers!" but it is light and also can help you sleep.

    Teas work best because the heat is a relaxer as well.

  • Ginger, brewed in a cup of water fr 5 mins. Candied ginger, chew on a hunk for sweet relirf. Real ginger ale, not flavored soda.

  • ginger (tea, candy, carbonated drink....) chamomile tea, my mom used to give me cola syrup when I had stomach bugs (not sold anymore but flat coke soda is the same basic thing)
