Start with talking to him about how you're feeling and if you want to fix things, tell him that. Tell him that you still want to be with him, but you think you've lost that "spark" with each other. Do everything you can think of to make it better again, but you can't do it all by yourself. He has to be willing to work on it, too, even if he doesn't feel the same way as you.
Date nights, long and meaningful conversations, romantic sex, dinners alone at least once a week, relationship self help books, advice from other people, fun and games, etc. Try to rekindle what you once had by reliving times you shared when you first fell in love. Those are some ideas that may help get you going on the right track if you still want to be with him, or even if you just think you MIGHT want to stay with him.
