How long until your Dr's office gave you the results of you HCG levels test?

I had my blood drawn to measure the HCG because I have signs of a miscarriage but have not gotten the results yet. Of course I will be calling them again first thing int he morning. How long did yours take?

  • one day for a mc reading, and like 4 weeks when i knew i was pregnant although i had history of mcs they just did care i was always seen around 10 wks, but normally if they are checking it for a reason like quants, they send it to the lab for rapid result and give you a call

  • It was 2 days I think with my last pregnancy. And even then I had to call them, they weren't going to call me at all!

  • My doc's office had a lab in office so it took a couple of hours. If they have to send it out it can be a day or two.

  • ? my doc did a urine test... it only took 10 min to get the results
    blood work usually takes a day or two

  • I work for a GYN and we will have the women come in the morning to get blood drawn so we have results in the early afternoon.

  • Well depends what your office has I've had blood taken and come back within an hour and a pee test back in 20 minutes
