How much milk does he need?

I am about to start my almost 6 month on solids. How much formula does he need?

  • Went to the ped. yesturday and my son is 10 weeks. She said that 24-30 ounces within 24 hours is perfect. More than that is fine too.... feed on demand!

  • i've had my 6 month old on solids for 2 months... she was not wanting the bottle for a while, she just liked oats better! But anyway, the doc yesterday said now that she's on solids she should still have at least 18 oz a day of liquids.

  • my WIC diagram says 30 - 32 oz. in a 24 hr period. my daughter has a 5 1/2 oz bottle 5x a day, that actually only comes out to 28oz a day but she's doing really well at that so i havent changed it, she's also on solids, one of the little jars twice a day.
