how do i kick these sweet cravings aftera meal?

everytime im full and done with a meal, my mind tells me i HAVE to find something sweet to eat. how do i stop?

  • I have never been able to kick the sweet craving, lol. But, for me if I have a cup of coffee after my meal, it gets rid of it. I guess the sugar I put in the coffee is enough to kick the craving ; )

  • Drink lots of water! or have
    a spoon full of peanut butter.
    have something that is healthy but trick your self into thinking its a treat!
    have a piece of dark chocolate! (great for the heart)
    granola bar with nuts
    protein bar

  • You do not have to, just look for fat free snacks. Fruit pops are great!

  • Eat something Healthy Sweet, like a granola bar, bowl of cereal or something. It always helps me.

  • When I get cravings for something sweet I eat sweet peas or crab meat. They provide the sweet I'm wanting but are healthier than sugary desserts. A piece of fruit might work as well.

  • i don't know if they are still out but special k had a water and a water mix when i wanted something sweet i used to grab the banana -strawberry mix and it curbed the craving but i m now having trouble finding it here but maybe it is in your area
