  • Of course, why not.. Tea is great for you. And there are actually teas out there that will help you produce more milk...

  • As long as your not eating just junk you can eat whatever you want!! Even spicy foods. There is no telling what your baby may react to. Tea is fine, coffee is fine, spicy foods are fine... just remember moderation and variety are the key!! (I"ve breast fed 5 babies...have always had tea!! .... and coffee, and Mexican, and beans, and broccoli... just eat healthy! infant try mothers milk tea!!

  • I loved Mother' Milk Tea when I was bf. I agree with the others, just eat healthy and whatever, nothing seemed to bother my baby. Now his older bother however didn't like it when I ate broccoli and he still dislikes it today lol. GL
