Has anyone tried Green Tea as a fertility booster?

And, after stopping drinking regular black teas, colas, etc. and drinkng this once/day or every couple of days along with eating healthy, exercising, taking a multivitamin daily and not having any other fertility issues that you knew of, do you think this helped you?

  • I read somewhere that green tea depletes folic acid- I'd check that out first. Good luck!

  • yes my hubby did it and i dont think it helped! but he took vitamin c pill everyday and it made him like a horny 17 year old boy again! we got pregnant 3 months after he started taking them! i was 20 and he was 31 so his swimmers were kinda slow and it helped speed them up! it took us a year to get pregnant and i think we did just about everything and the vitamin c pills are the only thing that worked for us! my doc told me about them that is how she got pregnant too! good luck!

  • Enough said. I just tried it today and didn't mind it but I don't crave coffee or tea so may just stay away from the stuff! Thanks!
