1 Bump

In Lower Bucks County PA, which is the best hospital to have a baby? St. Mary's or Abington Memorial Hospital?

I just found out I'm expecting. I had my first child with an amazing Dr. in Philadelphia but she retired. Now that I live in Lower bucks & she's gone, I'd like to find a local OB/GYN. I heard Abington is THE baby hospital but Ive heard great things about St. Mary's as well. Any advice?

  • I haven't heard anything about St Mary's but Abington has a very good reputation. My niece was born there, also a co-worker had her son there. Both were very pleased and said they took very good care of them.

  • I don't know anything about St. Mary's, but Abington is very good. I have a number of friends who had their babies there and they were all happy with it.

  • I know women who have had their babies at each hospital and I have heard only good things about both hospitals so far. Good luck and Congratulations!
