  • Yes, but it's not an issue of being able to afford them... We're finished having them.

  • Yes, we can afford to have more - but chose not to. Our two children are enough so DH got snipped!

  • No, but only because we can't afford a bigger place yet and we'd need an extra bedroom.

  • not if we want to give him more opportunities to make something of his life, unlike us - We are happy with just our one for many reasons though..

  • Not right now but in 6 months we'll be able to but I don't want another one till we pay off most of your debt. I want the extra money we'll be getting to go into bills. (the bills we have can be paid off in a year with the increase in pay we'll be getting)

  • No, well, I mean you can always make things work, I guess it also depends on the lifestyle you are going for. We could not afford another child and still live the way we live now. We are done though.

  • If it happened we could make it work. We have 5 already (our youngest is just 2 months old today). Babies aren't that expensive. We've only spent like $200 on him besides diapers and formula since he was born (and that was mostly his carseat/stroller and then a few clothes). And I just budget the formula and diapers into our grocery bill (a little less pricey meat and excess junk food and we can afford it just fine).
We're done having kids, though. It had nothing to do with money but with my health. I think my husband would have liked to have had 1 more but oh well. I had my tubes tied after Jack was born.
