I am taking additional Calcium and Iron, but it seems like I feel sluggish when I take it, and I'm SO tired. It's VERY odd. Am I the Only one? What am I missing? What's going on? I've even switched brands 3 times over the last 5 months.

(This is in addition to a WELL balenced diet and a doc. reccomended exercise plan.)

  • I've honestly never heard of a multi-vitamin making someone tired, especially when you've switched brands. Have you asked your doctor what else might be contributing to your fatigue?
