Trying to make mushroom raviolis to go with asian style salmon--Ideas??

The salmon glaze is tamari-molasses- with a hint of chili and garlic. The raviolis are those organic chantarelle mushroom. What kind of sauce can I make to tie them in with the salmon? Tomato would be weird, and I don't have any cream in the house, but I was thinking I could do something with gingr and minced red pepper... I have fresh or roasted jarred red pepper...

  • You could make a red pepper cream sauce if you have any sour cream (blend the sour cream and red peppers ~ add some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, also add a dash of white wine if possible) or you could make a mushroom sauce with what you already have....
