Quick! I need a recipe for a type of coleslaw....

I have cabbage, I have all the condiments necessary but I do not have carrots.
I have broccoli?
I have have dried cherries?

I'd like to do something creative and non-typical but not freaky. Any suggestions from you ladies??

  • Check out, great recipes there. If you have a recipe that uses cabbage and carrots, you can omit the carrots, or slice up the broccoli stems to use. If you are health conscious you can also replace some of the mayo with plain lowfat yogurt.

  • well, broccoli, raisins, mayo, a little sugar, a little vinegar and bacon bits make a pretty good broccoli salad. I guess dried cherries would work and I suppose you could omit the bacon.
