  • My kids are 3 & 4 and don't have a bed time... I send them to bed when I feel it's time and they are acting tired... By the time they are teens they can make that choice on their own. As long as they get up and do what they need to the next day and aren't super miserable because they are tired, I don't care if they are up all night...

  • Our 14 yr old son goes to bed at 9:30pm on school nights. He will until he's 16, then it will be 10pm on school nights.

  • He has a school night curfew of 10pm and a weekend/vacation curfew of 12:30. He hasn't had a bedtime since he was around 10 years old. He gets himself up and ready for school by himself.

  • I do not have a teenager yet, but when she becomes a teenager, she will most certainly have a bed time. 930. Sleep is so important for growing children. She needs to be well rested for her brain to function properly.

  • Teenagers still need boundaries so, yes, my teens have bedtimes. My daughter is 15 and has a bedtime of 10pm - she's usually heading to bed on her own between 8:30 and 9:30 - when she gets tired. My son at 13 has a 9:30 bedtime.

  • I think teens should have a bedtime. At least by 11pm.
