i recently visited a chinese/korean restaurant and had a tofu vegetable soup and i loved it! i was wondering if anyone had a recipe for that.....

the soup had a light non-greasy broth.

  • the ingredients for any chinese soup is one long list but here is the one i found that sounds right:

  • Don't know about Chinese but there is a korean soup called Tobu jigae. It is made with a soybean paste and beef broth. I will often add onions, tofu, cabbage, spinach, and jalapenos in mine for some spice.
