Are you hot blooded or cold blooded?

I am cold blooded. I would rather it be in the 100s all year long than cold. I live in WV so we get seasonal weather and I embarrassingly have an electric blanket on my bed, when the air conditioner is on for the rest of the family. I do not like cold air at all!

  • mammal, not reptilian.

I like cooler weather better for some reason. I just acclimate to cold weather better than heat. Heat just makes me feel sluggish, but I do love bundling up on a chilly morning.

  • I no longer have my thyroid gland...a huge factor on metabolism and temp regulation. I do not take the cold as well as the heat. I love the summer and hate hate hate Ohio winters.

  • salexander- I have had issues also with my thyroid gland (just found out recently)-I did not know that it had anything to do with my being cold all the time-Is this really a factor??
