Anyone have a good diet/excersize plan for after-birth while breastfeeding?

  • Oatmeal is the best to produce milk.
    I would walk and walk as much as possible and ease into your regular excersices when you are ready.

  • Oatmeal and tomatoes mess with my babies digestive system for some reason. she gets really gassy and cries in pain with both.. >.

  • I'm planning on oatmeal for main food, and for excersise, i'd put the baby in a stroller and just walk and walk when u can.

  • Talk with your OB and after I got my all clear I got a personal trainer. Even your OB should help you plan and when you go back to your primary talk to that Dr too about where you are at and make a new plan or stick to the one you came up with.
