Anyone have any healthy & filling breakfast ideas? Recently started a diet but am having trouble finding a healthy breakfast that keeps me full! Any suggestions? Dont like onions or peppers :) Thanks ladies!

  • 2 eggs, beat then "fried", in between 2 peices of 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread, plus an apple and a glass of milk. 1 egg is plenty but I struggle to get enough protein some days. Days I eat this at 9am I'm good til 3pm.

  • Plain nonfat or lowfat yogurt with unsweetened applesauce and a dash of cinnamon. Plain yogurt is also really good with fruit of all types. It's very good for you too! I am not dieting but we eat it a lot because my son loves it.

  • Greek yogurt is much thicker than regular yogurt and high in protein so its pretty filing... I usually have that with fruit in the morning
