  • Well, Antonio is 4 months old and does that. He can't have a dream about an older sibling, considering he's my one and only. But maybe he's dreaming he can't get anything to eat or that I laid him down(he cries for some reason when I lay him down...lol).

  • a couple of months ago, when our newborn woke up crying out of a sound sleep and appeared to be having a nightmare, my husband and i joked that he must be dreaming of a giant nipple that's always just slightly out of reach. ;-)

honestly, i suspect they must just have a sense of being alone, cold, hungry, etc., because the whole focus of their world when they're just babies is feeling safe and physically comfortable.
