i making a fritatta for dinner and i need advice

if you don't know what a fritatta is it's basically an egg pie. you sauté potato cubes and ham in a skillet and then you drown them in scrambles egg, cover it, and let it cook till the egg is fully cooked, it's so yummy but i wanna add a fruit or vegetable to it tonight. at first i was thinking peppers but peppers are a dominant flavor and i feel they would overpower the other flavors. then i thought peas but do peas go well with eggs? what do you thing would be a good fruit or veggie to add that won't overpower the fritatta?

  • spinach or broccoli both work well. I also like roasted red peppers, they're a little milder than adding raw red peppers. Green onions (or regular onions) both work well too. Let us know what you pick!

  • I've had it with peppers or/and onions in them. but never green peppers, only red, yellow or orange (they're sweeter and not as strong flavored).
