  • Well he is 4 so there is not much I can do... he could care less if I take toys away or tv. I even tried a sticker chart and he gave up after a week. Maybe older kids are easier?

  • To answer the random question - my daughter is almost three, so I put her in time out, and sometimes ask her to count to 20 so that she will calm down. I then stop and talk to her. I've found that sometimes she's just tired or frustrated, and she hasn't figured out how to calmly display that.

For an older kid, well, it would depend on the level of attitude he/she displays.  :)
