Sometimes when I'm cutting potatoes, I like to try one or give one to my daughter. That's okay, right?
Raw potatoes are fine, just as long as you don't eat a green one or a green part of one or the sprouts. Cooked potatoes have less vitamin C, thiamine and riboflavin. But if you eat too much raw potato, it can have the same effect on your body as eating legumes- things like bloating and gas.
