  • A dentist friend told me to let them come out on their own. That they are there to hold the place until the new tooth comes in.

  • It hurts when they are pulled before they are ready.
I'd wait until it was ready to be pulled or fall out.

  • My dad always pulled mine loose. But I would suggest letting them go on their own... unless ur super anal about saving the teeth lol (kids can accidentally swallow them lol)

  • DS has a loose one atm and we keep working on it. He had an apple today and it did nothing. There is already a tooth coming in behind it.

  • I'd just let them fall out on thier own, or atleast get to the point where they are barely hanging on

  • unless they were really bothering them I would let it fall out on it's own...and if its was hurting and bothering them enough to get it out I dont think I would do it...I'd call the doc cause if its hurting there could be something wrong. maybe infection or something.

  • I think it's cruel to pull a child's loose teeth, because while it probably doesn't hurt whoever is doing the pulling, it certainly has every possibility of hurting the child, and since it's unnecessary...

I think if parents are anal about saving teeth, they should pull their own and leave their kids out of it.

  • I think if they are just hanging there there is nothing wrong with giving them a little jerk but most of the time kids seem to loose them at school or eating something
