lower your sodium intake. the more salt u have in your diet the more water your body will retain and therefore cause swelling. i had the exact same problem during the last 2 months of my pregnancy. also watermelon does help a little too. one more thing to do it try to elevate ur legs and feet as many times a day as you can eg: lay down near your sofa/couch/table and raise your feet to reat on those items while your head is on the floor it really helps.
