Are you for or against gay couples adopting children?

I am for it, but confused why so many are agianst it. There are so many children that get lost in the system. Why not allow them to be adopted by a loving couple?

  • Do you want her honest answer? If you do then don't bash her if she gives it, I was borderline on this question and I weighed in that it was better to give unloved children love versus abort them or leave them in orphanages. But she is very brave to state her opinion and not anonymously I might add.

  • I am all for it. If people are desiring to have children in their lives it shouldn't matter what their sexual preference is. So many children need a loving, stable environment and the "gay factor" doesn't make a difference in someone's parenting ability.

  • I asked the question because I was curious. I do not understand why someone is against it. I would like to try and see things from another person's point of view. I am posting anonymously because in the past I have received hate mail for my beliefs.
