avocados, nuts because they contain good fats which the nerves use to transmit signals. (i am a nurse's daughter). Salmon which has omega 3 fatty acids in it. sweet potatoes, spinach and eggs, and bananas. notice these are also good to give toddlers growing up (ecept the salmon and nuts and avocados lol. tuna.
