4th grade spelling

If you have \ had a 4th grader what are some of the spelling words they have. My kids started a new school and the work seems so much harder, just wondering.

  • my step sons spelling words for this week are : sweet, each, three, least, freedom, below, throat, float, foam, greet, season, croak, shallow, eagle, indeed, rainbow,grown, seaweed, hollow

  • Mine does not get a list of spelling words... she's in gifted classes this year, she spends a lot more time on reading/writing assignments, but very little repetitive work.

  • 1. clothing, funeral, kitchen, scrape, vegetable, chimney, statue, govenor, continue, understand, gallery, seashore, hopelessness, invention, casual, commentary, prejudice, miserable, intelligent.
    She also writes a sentence for each word....its a bit easy for her...
