I created this from like a dream or something .. I called it fried mashed potatoes..
it is:
Boiled potatoes and carrots - mashed together (add milk, sour cream and cheese, add veggies.. peas, corn, green beans etc... add hamburger and a pinch of salt for taste. you Can fry them into patties so it has alittle bit of a crunch.

  • It's not the most nutrionally balanced thing you can eat - but eaten in moderation?? Why not? You're still getting some veggies :)

  • Lol, were you pregnant when this hit you? ;) Just kidding.

Maybe baking them would be just as good but less of a heart attack? :)

  • Yes, with the sour cream, cheese, milk, ground beef, and oil/butter for frying that could have a LOT of fat.

  • Dream recipe making. I love it! It sounds delicious, not the healthiest thing, but if that's what baby wanted, oh well. Just don't go overboard. :P

  • Healthy....................yeah, not so much.

But something that would be okay to eat every once and awhile.. That wouldn't be so bad. I'd say it shouldn't be a "staple" or a meal that is eaten often (once a week or more).
