  • My arms are like that after sleeping, but, it is also because I sleep on my stomach and sleep on my arms.

  • the numbness could be lessened blood flow. check your posture. look at an ergonomic website, and get a good cervical pillow that will help you sleep on your back   .https://www.therapeuticainc.com/index.html

  • Well, I have what they call RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy /CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) and TOS (thoracic outlet syndrome) Those both can make your limbs numb. You may just be lying on them wrong, but I would check with your Dr as he knows more than any of us could ever tell you over an internet site.. Good Luck
