I have one beautiful girl that is 2 and i am still trying to figure out a way to lose my baby fat any suggestions

  • Have you lost any weight at all? if not have you had your thyroid checked? I wasnt losing any weight either and was walking all the time, come to fine out im very hypothyroid, just a thought...

  • You go to a Regular Dr. a family Dr. Tell the Dr how active you are and how you still cant loose any weight and suspect thyroid problems. It is a simple blood test to see if thats the problem or not. It is possible it is your diet. Your body, if NOT breast feeding only needs 1500 or less calories a day. You may be eating the wrong foods or too much fat in your diet. But get checked for Thyroid first. Espically if you have family members with that problem.

  • Don't automatically go to a dr...

    Exercise everyday - pick something you enjoy, or go for an hour walk. If you enjoy it you will keep at it. Dont know what you would like - then try different things until something fits.

    Each as much fruit as you desire before each meal.

    If you have no clue about diet follow a healthy diet program and learn about nutrition.

    Try to cut out salt and fat (dont use oil to cook/reduce salt over time).
