  • Even though milk feels good at first, don't do it. Your stomach has to create extra acid to digest it. Drink water all day long and try not to get too full when you eat.

  • try sleeping with your head elevated and eat small meals more often and dont drink anything with meals it will prevent getting too full also try not to eat an hour before sleeping but dont go too long without eating either or the acid gets stronger

  • try not to lay down for atleast an hour after you eat. I like mylanta if its really bad a more natural approach would be papaya enzymes they work great or peppermint water or tea. i love both.
