Gluten Free Diet?

Anyone know what you can eat on a gluten free diet? My Dr told me what I couldn't eat, but left me wondering what I could??

  • GO back to the basics. Its overwhelming at first. Start with meat, veggies, & fruit. There are many gluten free items available. I use rice & rice pasta. I bake with rice flour. Most cakes & pancakes I can substitue rice flour. Rice & corn chex are gluten free. SO are Pebbles, & rice krispies.

  • fruits, veggies, brown rice.
    there are a lot of gluten free products now. they cost more, but at least there are more options : )

  • You can any fruit, vegetable or meat. You can eat rice, nuts, seeds, beans & the flours made from these things. So, almond flour, garbfava flour (made from garbanzo & fava beans), millet flour, soy flour, rice flour, etc.

    You can also buy many pre-made foods that are GF, like Tinkyada rice pastas (so good, you won't know the difference). Check the health food store, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Amazon or the healthy section of your local grocery store.
