  • Ginger beer, I get it at the natural food store. You only want to take a sip here and there. So it goes a long way. I got some and have just used up my 4 pack. It got me through two pregnancy's. I hope you find something to help you.

  • I was going to say ginger too. Ginger ale or ginger tea seems to help.

  • Coca-Cola over ice (let it sit and loose all the fiz)... Just like the old coca cola syrup my mom gave me growing up... But my Dr's nurse has told me on several occasions rice water...

  • Peppermint is great for nausea. It acts as an anesthetic to the stomach wall and eases vomiting and nausea. Try sucking on peppermint candies or adding peppermint extract to tea. Hope you feel better soon!

  • All those are great, in addition to Ginger Beer/ Ginger Ale, eating light and plain meals and frequently during the day. (like Saltine cracker, brothy soups, etc)
    SeaBands also work great
