As their teacher? I would speak to them and tell them they need to work it out. I'd give them some opportunity to figure it out before stepping in unless they are in danger or causing problems for others. I think learning how to settle your own problems is a very important lesson. Of course, if the problem is very sever or the kids are very young they may need some adult guidance, and if they are causing problems for others then there should be a consequence for that.
