lose the baby weight?

whats a great way to lose the baby weight im a very small woman. Weighed 106 before i got preg. It was easy after my first child im 71/2 months pregnant with my second and am scared im gonna stay big any ideas to lose the baby weight?

  • i counted calories (1200 cal/day) and lost the baby weight (50 lbs. after each of my boys and 35 lbs. after my girl) within 6 months post partum. i only did moderate exercise (walking mostly). i also did the same diet in college and lost 125lbs. and kept the weight off (well until i got pregnant). it has been really successful for me and i haven't had any problems with ballooning back up after i met my goal.

  • 1200 cals a day probably won't be enought to keep up your milk supply.
