What are the best foods to intoduce to a one yr old?

can i make him spaghetti, mac & cheese-combination foods?

  • My daughter will eat pretty much anything. She still doesn't have her molars, so I don't give her some things that might be hard for her to chew and swallow. Mostly raw, crunchy veggies and fruit like apples, carrots, etc. I will either cook those or give her a softer veggie or fruit like avocado, tomato, cantalope, etc. I just cut everything into small pieces.

  • we gave our mashpotaos n gravy n pasta w/ sauces as long as you cut them up small and same as for veggies n if they have teeth you can go to tiny bits of meats

  • my kids ate everything I ate at that age. Just in smaller pieces.
