  • Yes. all of my kids did it. I think it's really cute. They are just showing that they are excited about what is going on.

  • My son is 3 and flaps when excited. He has OCD tendencies. He has checked out perfect with his ped., an occupational therapist, and a speech therapist (he used to stumble over words. He has outgrown that). He dosen't do it everytime he is excited, it has calmed down a bit.

  • Oh yes! She's 9 months old and tosses her arms all over the places and bounces on her butt when she gets REALLY excited. It's so cute. =)
